What are web templates?
Web templates are templates of site pages without content such as a text or images. Their use will facilitate and accelerate the creation of your own site.
What types of templates are sold?
The simplest template is a PSD-document with the image of the main page of the site. Depending on their complexity, templates may consist of several PSD documents as well as made up HTML-pages. Usually the more complex the template, the easier it is for you to make a site on its basis. We offer three main types of templates:
Each type of a template is intended for creating sites, but templates of different types differ in their complexity and price.
- Design Template. It is the simplest and the most widely spread type of a template. The template consists of a PSD-document with the display of the main page of the site and the types of font used for creating the template. In order to create a site on its basis you may need services of a specialist or should know HTML for making up site pages.
- Expanded Template. It is a more complicated template. The expanded templates differ from the standard ones as in addition to the PSD-document and font the set also includes a pre-made HTML-page, on the basis of which you can easily and quickly make your own Web-site, having minimal knowledge of HTML.
- Website Templates. It is the most complex template. Actually the templates of this type are finished sites that can be used for your objectives with minimal improvements. Just replace the texts and photos and your site is ready! It is very simple. In addition to PSD-documents the template includes HTML- pages made up on the basisi of a certain structure.
What are price categories?
There are three price categories: 'Gold Templates', 'Platinum Templates', 'The Best Templates'. The price rating depends on the quality of a specific template. You can select for viewing templates of a certain price category having selected the required category from the list.
What are the advantages of buying web templates?
The main advantage is the price. The average cost of a template is just $50-60. For that money you get at your disposal professional design whose cost will be at least $800-1000 if it is ordered in a web design studio.
I am concerned with the fact that templates are sold several times and having purchased a template I shall not get a unique design for my site.
First of all, you should not worry about it. There are more than 500 million web sites in the Internet network. The probability of your site resembling another one is negligibly small. Besides, most likely you will modify the template for your own needs, which will make it absolutely unique. Second, we sell each website template no more than 10 times.
May I use web templates for developing sites for my customers?
Absolutely, you may use our templates for developing any sites for your own needs or on a contractual basis.
How many times may I use the procured template?
You may use the procured template for developing one site or any other project such as a presentation.
May I resell the purchased templates?
No. You may only resell a template if you participate in a partnership program allowing to do so. In any other cases it is prohibited to resell templates.
My site should have 10 pages. Does it mean I have to buy 10 templates?
No. You may develop as many pages as you need using a template. You can also use the template in the content management system within the framework of one site.
Shall I get exclusive rights for the template after purchasing it?
No. You will only have the right to use the purchased template for developing one site. For more details see page Terms of Use.
What is allowed and prohibited to do with the website templates?
You may: use every template for creating one site using any method required for you. You may not: resell the purchased templates or use it for creating more than one site.
How can I learn what is included into the set for supplying a specific template?
In fact the supply set may change depending on the type and complexity of a template. Usually, the templates have the following complete set:
- Design Template — 1 PSD-document, fonts
- Expanded Templates — 1 PSD-document, 1 HTML-page, CSS, fonts
- Website Templates — several made up HTML-pages, CSS, PSD-documents, fonts

What for is the registration required?
Registered customers only can make purchases in our shop. In order to register you should fill out the form on the registration page. After the registration a personal account will be opened for you.
How does the registration take place?
- The first step is registration of account. You should fill out the registration form on the page for registering new customers. A letter with reference will be sent to the email address given by you. You should click on that reference and your account will be opened. You will receive a letter containing the password for accessing the site. The account opened at that stage will have the unchecked status.
- The second step is verification of the account. We check every created account to prevent the possibility of fraud. We will call the phone number given by you within 24 hours to confirm your intention of opening the account. Right after that your account will get the verified status and you will be able to make purchases.
What is the status of the account?
Account status is the number of templates you can buy in our shop a day. For new accounts the number is 1-2 templates a day. But that quantity may be increased at your request as well as for regular customers and our partners.
Why is email used as login for the account?
The email address indicated by you when registering is used as login for accessing the site and buying templates. This address will be used for posting the information on loading the purchased templates. When registering it is required to indicate your email address as you will not be able to change it unilaterally in the future.
Is it possible to accelerate the process of verifying the account?
Yes, you may phone: +1 (646) 390-4406 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Right after the telephone call from the telephone number indicated when registering your account will get the verified status and you will be able to make purchases in the shop.
What template should I select?
First, you should decide which type of templates is more suitable for you. Use the following recommendations:
- Design Template. You should only buy it if you have experience of site development and you know HTML or you have a specialist with the knowledge of HTML.
- Expanded Template. It is easier to create a site on its basis as the set usually includes a made up HTML-page. But the other requirements are the same as to the Design Templates.
- Website Template. You may purchase this template if you do not have a good knowledge of HTML or you do not want to spend time on HTML-making up. This template is practically a finished site that you can use with minor changes.
Attention! You should clearly understand that in any case templates are intended for specialists and it is expected that in general, you are familiar with the process of site development and the HTML language. Therefore if you are not confident of being able to use the template independently, you should consult a specialist in this field before purchasing it.
What are template categories?
While looking through the template catalogues, you have probably seen the list of key words to the left of images. These are the categories. The use of key words will allow you to avoid looking through the entire catalogue, but only through parts of it. Choose the category, which, in your opinion, is closer to the subject matter of your site. That will allow you to save time.
How are different types of templates interconnected?
It is a good question. One and the same design may serve as the basis for developing the sites of all the three types — Design Templates, Expanded Design Template and Website Templates. Therefore when looking through the page of a concrete template pay attention to references to other types of templates for this design, if any.
How is the SEARCH for templates operated on the site?
SEARCH is one more possibility to find the required templates. Input the key word in the SEARCH field that is available on all the pages and click on GO!
How does the procedure of template(s) purchase take place?
While looking through the catalogues of templates you can add the templates you need into the cart by clicking on 'Add to Cart' reference, the examination of the cart contents and ordering can be done by clicking on the 'View Cart' reference at the top of any page. You should choose the method of payment. You may use Visa, MasterCard, or American Express as well as other methods of payment.
How and when shall I get the templates after payment?
The procedure for purchasing a template is completely automated, therefore after a successful payment you will receive instructions at the address given by you. The instructions will contain the addresses for downloading the purchased templates.
I have made payment, but I have not received the 'download instructions' by e-mail, what shall I do?
Most frequently it occurs because of the following reasons:
- Check of payment. Attention! In most cases, you will receive 'download instructions' by email not right after the successful payment, but within 2-3 hours or even a bit later. During this time period the data provided by the payer will be verified. It is necessary for protecting our transactions from dishonest buyers illegally using data of other people for making payments.
- Problems with e-mail. You might have given a wrong address or currently there might be problems with using the address.
If you suppose the problem is caused by an incorrectly stated or nonworking e-mail address or you have any other questions, send us a letter to the following address: Support Page. Be sure to provide your order number, delivery email address stated by you and an alternate email address to contact you. It is also advisable to state your contact telephone number.
My hard disk drive crashed and I lost all the templates I purchased from you. Can I download the templates again free of charge?
Yes, you can. Send us a letter to Support Page with the email address you used when purchasing the template. Please, give a brief description of the problem in the letter and the number of your order. We shall resend download instructions to the email address.
I have problems with purchasing templates that have not been described above. Can you help me?

In what form shall I get the purchased templates?
After payment you will receive a letter with the address in .ZIP file, its size depends on the specific template and in average it is 1500Kb.
What will the .ZIP file, received on paying for the template, contain?
It depends on every specific template. The information on the contents of the set is available on the page of every template in the Source Section.
How shall I open the received archive?
Templates are downloaded in .ZIP format to reduce the time of downloading. To open these types of files you will need an unzipping tool.
Where can I get the list of resources that I may need for developing a site?

What HTML editors do you recommend to use?
The choice of the editor depends on you. There are a lot of various editors including those supporting WYSIWYG. We recommend to use Allaire HomeSite (www.allaire.com), but you can select other editor as well, for instance, one of the following:
What graphic editors should be used?
In order to edit PSD-documents you should use Adobe Photoshop (www.adobe.com) not lower than version 6. The requirements to Photoshop version are given on the page of each template.
Where is it preferable to buy images for website templates?

Do you teach site development on the basis of templates?
No, we do not teach unless you pay for. But you can find a lot of resources on that subject in Internet by using search systems. Besides we recommend to see Resources page in this site.
I have selected a template, but it is only available as a 'Design Template'. Could you make for me an 'Expanded Template' or a 'Website Template' on its basis?
Yes, it is possible. If the design you like is only available as a Design Template, and you would like us to make up an HTML-page on its basis (Expanded Template) or several pages (Website Template), write about it to the following address: Support Page, state the template number in the letter. Your order will be implemented within 3-4 days, and we shall send you information with references to new templates that you will be able to buy.
Is it possible to order you a site design or development?
Yes, you can order us to develop a unique design for you and it will not be sold to anybody else. However, its cost will be about USD 800-1000. The term for implementing the order is 7-10 days. If you are not interested in the development of just design, but in the development of the entire site, write us about the type of site that should be developed and we shall define the scope of work and send you a commercial offer. Is it possible to buy exclusive rights for a certain template?
Yes, you can do it. The cost of exclusive rights for a template is ten times the cost of the template. Select the template you like and write us a letter to the following address Support Page. Please, indicate in your letter the number of the template for which you would like to buy exclusive rights. We shall immediately remove it from sale and on receiving your payment we shall remove it from the data base and the template will never be sold again to anybody.
